The one service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center where I could easily handle urgent matters and access necessary office facilities.

The variety of dining options from different countries and the thrill rides made it a unique family experience. It was like taking a trip around the world in one place, creating lasting memories for all of us!

My wife says that there could have been more shaded areas for families with young children.

The staff were the nicest I've ever encountered, with great room service and cleanliness. A perfect location, though limited A/C. The breakfast buffet got repetitive, but overall, a wonderful experience that I highly recommend.

The rooms had a whiff of mould, and there was a towel-tango with hotel staff who popped in uninvited. the coin-change confusion left a bit of a bitter aftertaste.

the hotel is super clean and modern, and it's close to everything with easy access. loved the breakfast - especially the shakshouka. the staff are friendly and accommodating, and the room was cozy and neat.

The staff here is exceptional, especially Usman and the Indian gentleman at the front desk — they're super kind and helpful! Breakfast is decent with items like shakshouka that are quite enjoyable. the rooftop pool has a nice view, great for a relaxing swim. If you fancy some relaxation, check out the nearby Al Farooq Omar Bin Al Khattab Mosque or the lovely Al Quoz Park.

One thing to consider is the distance to Dubai downtown; you'll need to grab a cab every time you head there.

Great staff - professional, friendly, and very helpful to meet guests' needs. Mayank at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate me after a long flight, and the front desk staff even helped arrange pickup and delivery of my laundry. The hotel is conveniently located near convenient stores, a laundry shop, a hair salon, an Indian restaurant, and within walking distance to Oasis Mall. The room was spacious with a beautiful skyline view of Dubai's skyscrapers, a big bathroom with a huge bath tub. The hotel also offers a rooftop swimming pool and gym.

I always stay here for a reason. The staff guided me when I was lost once. It suits me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, rooftop pool, and 24-hour reception. I'll be back for New Year.

The upgraded rooms were sick, and the manager was super chill. Close to Al Quoz for the best art vibes and just a skip away from the fresh Dubai Dolphinarium. The hotel hooked us up with vibes, and we could easily hit up the man-made marina for some rad water sports.

Only thing missing - a groovy rooftop hangout with cool tunes and neon lights for us young peeps to party the night away!

I've been coming here for nearly a year and the experience has been fantastic. the staff, especially Mr Benson at the reception, were incredibly kind and familiar. the level of hospitality exceeded my expectations and I was impressed by the level of service provided by the entire team, from the reception to the cleaning staff and the swimming pool. the restaurant served delicious meals, with a perfect breakfast buffet and excellent dinner options. It was worth every penny!

One thing that I didn't like was the lack of a microwave in the room. It would have been convenient to have one to warm up food, especially leftovers.

Located a fair distance from the metro, the hotel is situated within the city centre which made it convenient for city explorations. The rooms were always kept clean and tidy, with the housekeeping service providing a fresh set of towels daily. The restaurant staff were courteous and helpful, always serving a sumptuous breakfast buffet that kept me energized throughout the day.

The noise level around the hotel was quite high making it difficult to sleep early in the night.
